简历中Bullet Points如何写得简洁有力？
说到写简历，大家可能都有类似的苦恼，一个Bullet Point，想说很多内容，但是翻来覆去，要么太冗余，要么感觉Impact不够，总是找不到一个特别好的说法。也有小伙伴和我们反应，自己经历太平凡，没什么可写的。我们今天就来给大家解决烦恼~~~
Bullet Point需要用一个陈述性语句，用事实说话，说清楚自己做了什么，有什么贡献和成就。Bullet Point一般保持在2行以内，一定不能超过3行，太长的句子句法负责会难以理解。
一般来说，Bullet Point会用一个Active的动词开头，总结出这个Bullet的结果。什么是Active的动词呢，一般来说就是有结果导向的，比如：
领导：Coordinate, Execute, Organize…
规划：Create, Develop, Initiate…
提高效率：Improve, Enhance, Achieve…

神奇公式
接下来就是说明具体的细节了，既然要用事实说话，与其加入很多华丽的形容词，比如自己conducted “intensive” research on…, 或者improved the efficiency “significantly”, 不如用量化或者细节，把这些结果说具体。
在这里，我们给大家提供一个Google HR Senior VP总结出来的Bullet Point公式，这位仁兄自己就看过超过20000份简历，应该是相当权威了。

举个例子：
一般写法：
Studied financial performance of companies and made investment recommendations
使用公式之后的高级写法：
Improved portfolio performance by 12% ($1.2M) over one year by refining cost of capital calculations for information-poor markets and re-weighting portfolio based on resulting valuations
是不是感受很不一样？上面的写法很平淡，没有什么特点，而下面的具体贡献和方法就会看着很牛X，谁不想招个能把Portfolio增加1.2M的人呢？

高级写法：Selected as one of 230 participants nationwide for this 18-month professional development program for high-achieving diverse talent based on leadership potential, ability to contribute to this MLT cohort, and academic success
3. 如果通过谈判压低了供应商的价格
事实：Responsible for negotiating service contracts with XYZ
进阶写法：Negotiated 30% ($500k) reduction in costs with XYZ to perform post-delivery support
高级写法：Negotiated 30% ($500k) reduction in costs with XYZ to perform post-delivery support by designing and using results from an online auction of multiple vendors
4. 如果你为公司研究市场营销策略
事实：Studied the branding and marketing strategies of XYZ. Analyzed the pricing strategies of XYZ in comparison to competitors
进阶写法：Led a 10-member team to develop and implement global advertising strategy for $X million XYZ brand
高级写法：Led a cross-functional 10-member team to develop and implement global advertising strategy for $X million XYZ brand, resulting in 25-point increase in brand recall, 12% improvement in net promoter score, and contributing to 18% year-over-year sales improvement ($XM)
5. 如果你想Highlight某些方面的Skill
事实: Excellent customer service skills. Friendly and positive attitude
高级写法：Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude as demonstrated by receiving employee of the month in four consecutive months in 2014
